We are seeking energetic individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Agent at Renewal by Andersen of Charlotte, NC!

This is an important frontline position that sets the tone for the initial customer experience. Your primary role will involve handling inbound inquiries, making outbound calls, and selling appointments for in-home consultations.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Minimum of 1-year of experience in a sales focused call center.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced goal-focused environment.
  • Strong active listening and persuasive communication skills.
  • Ability to sell value of appointments and overcome objections.
  • Ability to work at 7-day operational call center with rotating schedule:
  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:00PM (WFH)

WHAT IS EXPECTED:

  • 200 outbound calls per day & 15 inbound calls.
  • 10 appointments set per day.
  • Hybrid work environment (1 WFH day weekly).
